Our new AD has requested a plethora of data on tickets sales and I'm having a bear of a time finding an elegant way to pull it without having to pull hundreds of individual reports and drop everything into Excel or is that the only way?
Also, we're in a consortium and do not have access to tables.
I have a bit of a concern using T-Stats because the data is aggregate and never matches ticket reports.
He is specifically looking for:
Sales / Percentage Data for All Ticket Prices - We're trying to find which price does best. Do lower prices sell better? We're looking for percentages across sales by ticket price i.e., what ticket price accounts for the highest percentage of sales? This would not be revenue but numbers of tickets sold.
Average Ticket Price per Genre? - I've not been able to find anything here.
I can get all the above from box office statements given I need each ticket price but this would require pulling thousands of reports and weeks of data entry. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Check with your consortium to see if you have RMA - which would give you all of this in a chart.
Also, I know you are reticent to use T-Stats, but if you don't have RMA -it would really be the best tool. Since it sounds like you are looking for trends over time, and not specific financial data, it is less important that the numbers match exactly. (Even if, like me, you would want them to). The fact the the information is aggregate is exactly why yoou want to use T-stats.
