Letting our customers know about Tessitura

Hi all,

We are going live with Tessitura in the new year and I am thinking about  sending an e-flyer to all of our subscribers letting them know that they have had an account created with us and can retrieve their password, choose their interests etc.

Has anyone done this or something similar and if so, would you be willing to let me know whether you think it worked and perhaps even an example of the e-flyer?

We're really looking forward to using Tessitura and want our visitors to love it too!

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.

  • Hello – We did this here at Signature, and we did it in a pretty segmented way (donor, subscribers, single ticket buyers, no tickets at all).

I’m putting the wordfly archive links for the segments here, but let me know if you can’t see them (I’m not sure if they are public or just for our system).  Note  - they were personalized but the archive URL only takes the back up, so it really said Dear (name) but you see dear friend, subscriber etc.
