I'm trying to benchmark our current drop-off rate on the login web page for customers purchasing tickets.
In our old system we saw a drop-off rate at around 47% with our new site and Tessitura it's currently round 42%
Can anyone share their own numbers? It would be great to get an idea of where we are currently at.

Hi Peter.
I looked in Google Analytics at the average exit %age across all the sign-in and sign-in redirect data given for our site over the last 9 months. I've a feeling that's not what you did though(?), because I got an average of 10%.

What I'm looking at is our purchase funnel, so customers who are going through the purchase path and then leaves when they hit the login page instead of continuing to the payment page.
I'm pretty sure that's not what you are looking at, because that would be some mighty impressive numbers ;-)
