Our business is interested in creating a loyalty rewards program for our customers. Has anyone researched such a possibility and/or successfully implemented such a program in Tessitura? We are wondering about the possibilities in Tessitura for a reward point system.
We are also wondering what other businesses have done to reward consistent buyers who are not donors, such as seat upgrades, special gift, or some form of recognition of our thanks for their continued business.
State Theatre of NJ does something similar, you should check them out.
