Promoted Lists

Hello,

We have promoted a list to a source code for a group of letters that we have sent out.  Since the original promotion we have sent the same letter to another group of people.  My question is whether or not there is a way to add these constituents to the original promotion?  I would rather not create a new list of constituents and promote them to a new source code.

Any suggestions?

Brad

Unfortunately, there is not a way to do that.  What I would do is just name the second source the same thing and qualify it with “drop 2 or mailing 2” at the end of the name.   But it won’t cause any confusion at the box office because it has been promoted so they will only see the one source that is in the constituents account.

I suppose if you REALLY wanted them all to be on one list and you haven’t had any response to the 1st letter you could unpromote the first list and then build a list including both of the old list and the new list and promote that.  Does that make sense?

    Thanks!

    Amanda
