We have recently installed Tessitura and I'm finding a lot of standard reports missing from our set up that I used a lot on our old system (Enta), eg UK Postcode Analysis and Event Crossover (to see which other shows bookers of one show have previously attended).
It has been mentioned that it is possible to source these from other venues - does anyone have these and can you advise if this is possible please? How does report sharing work?
I realise that analysis is possible through t-stats however I use these a lot and would ideally just want to fire these out quickly.
Any other pointers appreciated!
