We have not been having any success activating our discount ticket offers on-line. Can anyone help with this process or tell us which video will help us with the process.

Do you have the offer setup documentation with you? We rarely use special offers at the Festival but the documentation has helped us.

Is the offer attached to a source and is the source active? Feel free to give me a call if you're desperately trying to get it on now. My number is on my user profile.

Do you get any error messages when trying to use them online?
I normally find that if a code appears to be set up correctly that the promo mode of sale isn't linked to unassigned seats.
