Has anyone else run into this issue?
Marketing creates inside sources when running extractions for specific promotions.
However, we just discovered that our box office CSRs can’t see the Inside Source list.
We’re giving them the source code and they’re having to apply it manually per order.
They can see the Outside list just fine.

We are having this issue as well today after upgrading to 9.0 last night.
Our reps can no longer see certain VALID inside source codes on a patron file any longer. They can type the source code in the field and it does not give them an error, but cannot choose it from the source code pop up window any longer.
