8 Weeks out report

Still a novice at Tess and T-stats. Is there a report that shows sales 8 weeks out, 7 weeks out, and so on?

Thanks!

  • Hi Donald,

Not sure if this is something you'd find useful, but if you have Dashboards up and running there's a widget called Cumulative Sales Prior to Performance. It's a line graph and you can set the number of weeks out that you'd like to see.

Hope that helps (or someone else jumps in with a better response!)

Not exactly, but in the Tickets Cube look at “Ticket Order Days Prior to Performance”.

  • I think the T-Stats Recipe Book, Sample 5 – When do Internet Purchases Occur in Relation to the Performance Date? would work for you. I have found the Recipe Book to be very helpful when getting started.

  • There’s a dashboard widget that does that.

  • Thanks all! I was able to find Cumulative Sales/Week Out Widget that I could play around with to get these graphs.

Dumb question -- is there any easy way to export or export the graph, or even print it, to share with others? I can't seem to find it.

  • If you have Snipping Tool loaded on your computer I'd just snip that bit as a screen shot and email it/print it/share it that way. I'm not aware offhand of a way to export a widget for sharing.

  • Snipping tool seems to be the quickest way to grab the graph to share with others -- thanks all!

Incidentally, so many shows we're seeing large percentage 1 week out. Does anyone drill down to that last week to the last seven days, and how?

Seems like it would be useful to help allocate timing of some marketing spends.

  • 1)      Within Tessitura, File > Print Screen a shot sends it to your default printer (some setup involved, but if you can generally print from Tessitura, it will probably work).

    2)      Ask your IT department for the URL to get to the dashboard using a standard web browser, and if you can find that out, you can print from there.    If you’re lucky, it’s on the web and you can get at those dashboards from the Internet.  It could also just be a URL on your internal network.

    3)      Snipping tool if you have it

    4)      Alt-Print Screen, but if you’re on RAMP, maybe not so much.

    5)      Smart Phone
