Selling the Unsellable Show

Hi everyone! 

As part of the conference planning team I'm working on a session about Big Organizations and Small Organizations learning from each other.  One segment of the session is called "Selling the Unsellable Show" and we are looking for a small organization that uses creative ways to help out that struggling show.. It could be marketing, comp tickets, discounting, special programs for seniors/students,  closing part of the house or some other method to help fill the house.  If anyone has any ideas of please let me know.   

And...don't underestimate what you do.  Sometimes people think what they're doing isn't special or unique but in reality there is a good chance it is.
