Hi everyone,
Just wondering has anyone come across the problem where the Appeal 'Successful' counts have been lower than the 'Trans Processed' responses shown in the relating Source Code Recipients screen? And if so, is there a way to make them match up, displaying the same quantity in both sections? Please also let me know if you've never had a problem with this therefore letting me know there's probably something wrong with our setup.

Do you have a scheduled job to run AP_UPDATE_APPEAL and AP_UPDATE_CAMPAIGN periodically? I often run into what you describe and running those usually clears it up.

I've informed our database administrator and he is going to increase the frequency of running the script from weekly to perhaps every second day so we can have a more accurate reading of our 'successful' counts in the Appeals area.

Any reason that you can think of why, directly after executing the AP_UPDATE_APPEAL procedure, the "Successful" count would still return a different (smaller) number than a simple data pull from the T_ORDER table searching for all orders with that source code number?
