Hi All,
I feel like I've been bombarding this forum recently but I have an extraction question.
We are trying to pull a list of patrons who have purchased tickets to 3 or more of a list of 11 performances. I am having trouble choosing the right criteria. Combining unique perf count with the list of performances just gives me people who have bought tickets to at least three performances in our entire catalog, and who also bought tickets to at least one of the 11. I've tried several other options including messing around with keywords but can't find the right criteria set.
Anyone tried anything like this before? Please let me know if I need to clarify anything.
Thanks!
Hey Jenny -
Sounds like you're entering custom query territory. We've had our DBA build out some custom queries that help us find multiple show buyers but its based on a season, not a set of specific performances (which I think you're looking for). This conversation from 2010 might help you get started thinking about how to write a custom query for this purpose:

I hope this helps!
Hi Jenny,
Which criteria are you using to pick the list of performances? Is it Ticket History Performance and Ticket History Unique Perfs? As long as those two are in the same criteria set, it should work out of the box.
It's unusual that that wouldn't pick it up.
