This is our first subscription renewal since upgrading to version 11 and we are running into issues with our mail/email renewals. The transactional data is at the household so for our mailed invoice we will mail to the household - however, we need to include logins, which are at the individual level. This field is empty when we pull for the household, but if we pull for the individual the transactional data is empty. Similarly, for our email renewals we have transactional data with no email address or an email address with no transactional data. If we pull each separately there is no way to tie together as individuals have different customer numbers to households.
I am hoping someone has run into this and come up with a quick and easy fix!
