Hello,
We have just switched to WordFly and want to set up automated weekly performance reminders using the Triggered Campaign feature. I know others are doing this, and I've seen a handful of forum posts here on this subject, but none that address the questions we have. (And I hope this isn't off-topic, as it's maybe more of a WordFly question than a Tessitura one.)
Anyway, we have List Manager lists and output sets set up in Tess, and WordFly is able to import from them just fine. My understanding is that each week when the triggered campaign is triggered, it will import the list again (which will have changed due to new performance dates) and ADD those to the subscribers from the previous week. It won't email them again, however, only the new ones.
So, my question is, can we use the same list and triggered campaign for all our shows? Because it seems like we'll need to have a separate campaign for each show, so that, say, a season ticket holder who already got a reminder for a past show will get it for the next one. But then what if someone has tickets to more than one week of the SAME show? We'd want them to get another reminder.
Has someone else out there figured this out? I'd love any advice.
Thanks,Chris Bisgard
