When you carry out a constituent import does anyone know how to save potential duplicates as a list?
Thanks,
Lydia
Hi Lydia,
Not sure if you've figured this out or not, but you can save the summary information that is produced after you run the utility, either in preview or insert mode. I've done this in the past and saved it to excel so that i can pull out the files that are indicated as duplicates. It's been a while since I've done an import but I believe it also provides you with the duplicate ID so that you can import your excel file back into List Manager if needed.
Sorry Lydia,
I'm just seeing your response now. You can just save the output like a normal report. After the utility runs, there is a new menu 'Reports'. Simply select Save As.
Michele
Thanks Michele,
No worries. I eventually found the Save As report function. Unfortunately it doesn’t save the constituent IDs in a separate column so you still need some Excel skills to isolate them but luckily we have those in house!
Thanks again,

Hi Michele, that's great news. I looked and looked for a saving mechanism when I ran the utility in Review Only mode but couldn't see it anywhere. Do you know exactly where it is?
