We recently joined the Tessitura Network and I'm interested in connecting with those of you who use Google Analytics to track your website/email/social media performance and how those channels impact ticket sales.
Big question - What are you measuring and how are you using GA to measure it?
Of course, I welcome your feedback here - But I'd really like to have a conversation by phone: to pick your brain, ask questions and share ideas. If you'd be willing to spare 15 minutes of your time and expertise I'd appreciate it.

Here at Sydney Theatre Company we recently rebuilt our website and have been pushing a lot of additional GA tracking. A lot of the analytics we have been doing so far has been around user behaviour. This has included identifying cross device usage for users (logged in) along with looking to see why users have trouble on the site using event tracking.
