v12 Constituent icons

We've just upgraded to v12 and in the constituent search screen, some people now have altered icons. My record seems to have a black briefcase and someone else has discovered a green plus symbol.

While not the most urgent query this forum has ever seen, it is something that will keep me awake at night. I can't seem to find any notes on here about it. Who can help?!

Thanks,

Parents
  • Hi Tim

The black briefcase is new in V12 and is generated when the Constituent is designated as a “Worker” on the Plans tab. So they potentially have a ‘Portfolio’ hence the briefcase (and Black because its classy I guess?)

The Green + symbol was around in V11. It indicates that the record has active Affiliations but is on the ‘collapsed’ view rather than the expanded view. You can set a personal default for that in Tools/Preferences “Show Search Window Collapsed”.

I recall that PIAF doesn’t generally use Household records so maybe that’s why you’re not used to seeing them too often?

    Sweet dreams (I hope!)
