Anybody out there using Instant Encore successfully? And if so, a specific question about its iphone application option. When the link comes up for Get Tickets Now, does the link simply on the iphone application direct you to your internet site, where you sell tickets via web as usual? Or is it a specific ticketing application written for the iphone?

We started using it a few weeks ago and all is working fine. The Get Tickets Now functioinality just leads to our website for now. It is very simple to set up/maintain and is much more affordable than building your own app. Of course, it's not as customizable as ideal, but all in all it's a good method to have a presence in the iphone app world.
