Hi there-
My org uses rankings for subscription/donation/membership history and I've just updated the historical values in the various system tables-- what's weird is that I ran the "Build Sub Rankings" report with the historical parameter of "Y" and when I run "Sub Ranking Details" for a specific constituent, it shows and updated ranking value-- BUT--- when I go into their account and to their ranking radio button on the research tab, it shows the old ranking value. The created and modified info next to it is 3/14/13 by dbo which is puzzling because absolutely nothing happened on that date.
Anyone have thoughts on what's going on? Very much appreciated!!!
