I'm looking at some potential revenue streams and I'm wondering if the community would be willing to share any statistics they might have for pre-purchasing drinks online. What percentage of online orders purchase drinks as well would be ideal, but I'll take any other kinds of fun facts as well.

Hi Heather - 75% of our drink & ice cream vouchers have been purchased online over the past 5 seasons, with wine vouchers being the most popular then water, beer and ice cream.
Our patrons are presented with a page after selecting their seats with additional items they can add to their tickets so, it makes sense that our web sales are so high for these items as it's right in the patron's face vs someone asking a patron if they'd like to add to their order.
