I've noticed that some of our events (specifically our special events) are not showing in the option for Ticketing Performance Name in list builder. Every other performance show, except events that are in our special events production elements. I've tried to find out why this is on here but am coming to dead ends.

This is a technical answer to your question, forgive me if it goes places you may or may not have access to.
First, I'm assuming you are talking about the standard list criteria pre version 12. But just to check.. In the Tessitura System Table T_KEYWORD go find the Ticketing Performance Name criteria (under description) that you are using at your organization. Then look at the detail table listed for that row. If it is the standard one, it probably says something like vs_tck_hist (or whatever would point to your ticket history). And there's the catch - the drop down for that criteria are performances that exist in your ticket history. So if you haven't populated those special events into your ticket history, they won't show up in the critiera. It's also worth noting that it probably pulls from the secure view, so if events were control grouped off you also wouldn't see those.
