Curious if anyone has had issues with pulling lists by constituencies or if anyone knows if what we're seeing is expected behavior.
We, as many organizations do, track staff with a Staff Constituency. However, when trying to build Suppression/Seed lists we're finding that even those records with an expired staff constituency in their record are being pulled as well. Is this expected behavior, or is there something ... a switch, a control, that we have missed?
How are other organizations handling Former Staff member records and list pulls?

One thing to check is the details of the element in List Manager - right click the element to view the properties - it should be looking at the view vxs_const_cust which filters out expired constituencies. It may be that in your installation it's referencing the TX_CONST_CUST table directly.

The element appears to be configured exactly the same as that in the screenshot that you provided. I wonder if it's because the element is being used in Extraction Manager and then saved to a list?
