Hello all!I'm looking for examples (large or small) of how people have personalized the user experience on your website (like tailoring content or pricing based on who the person is). Also, the same for any upsell examples ('you may also like') and how you approached this from a Tessitura standpoint (Interests/Keywords... custom logic, etc).
We periodically get asked for examples of Tessitura websites doing these things and I want to be sure that I have a good cross-section that represents what the latest trends are here.

Hi Kristin,
At ACMI we have a very nice TNEW customisation that your team developed for us that up-sold an exhibition publication when the customer was purchasing exhibition single tickets. It's not being used for the current exhibition, but it works very nicely.
This was implemented by having a keyword applied to the exhibition performances. Then a custom system table linked the Keyword to a specific performance which was used for the publication (in a Merchandise facility).
