Wordfly link problems?

Hi,

Our organization has recently transitioned to Wordfly. We've successfully sent emails (most recently a performance reminder on 3/21/14) with Wordfly, but ran into an issue this week that has us stumped.

Our marketing team was working to create a monthly e-blast with links to each performance on our TNEW site. When the template was saved, the links would disappear. We called Wordfly support and even did a shared-screen session with them, and their response was "we don't know what's going on, but our other Tessitura clients have had these problems too."

Has anyone else run into this? As I said, we successfully sent out an email with a performance link as recently as March 21 - so we know it worked in the past.

    That sounds frustrating. The only time I have had that happen was when I had two WordFly tabs open in a browser at the same time, that caused saving errors.

    You could check that and make sure that two people are not logged in at the same time working on the same template?
