We are exploring the possibility of sending post show survey emails to our customers, and I now many of you out there are already doing this. Does anyone have examples of their emails and/or surveys that they would be willing to share with me? And any advice or learnings that you would feel comfortable sharing?

Mail2 has a good inbuilt survey tool which we've been using to good effect for a while now. The responses are posted back to a local table in Tess and I have written a view so that (some of) the responses can be used in List Manager and Output sets.
