Pulling Subscriber Tenure Data

Hello,

Has anyone found a reliable way to get data on subscribers that have subscribed for a certain number of years or more? Our current criteria doesn't seem to lend itself to being able to parce out only those who have subscribed for a certain number of CONSECUTIVE years or more not just total years subscribed.

  • There is probably an easier way to do this, but when I was very new to lists I did the following to determine consecutive contributions and it worked

    -       Create separate lists for each year, i.e.

o   List Year 1 = contribution date between Year 1 start and Year 1 end

o   List Year 2 = contribution date between Year 2 start and Year 2 end

    o   Etc.

    -       Next create a list of these lists, i.e.

    o   Line 1:  Criteria=List Operator=Has Value = Year 1 List

    o   Line 2:  Criteria=List Operator=Has Value = Year 2 List

    o   Etc.

Was a bit tedious but it worked.
