Hello everyone! The Planning Committee for this year's conference has begun its work, and this year the Network has seen fit to add a new track: Membership! Clare Kiklowicz of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts and I will be leading a crack committee of Tessitura users and staff to develop content for this first-ever set of sessions. We are specifically focused on the Membership Module within Tessitura, which can be used to track industry standard museum memberships and benefits or can be used more creatively to segment audience groups or track other details.
We want to know: What are your most burning membership questions or challenges? Introductory or advanced, small organization or large, we'll be trying to create sessions that will be useful for as many people as possible.
