I'm looking into the possibility of emailing renewal packages for our 14/15 season, and wondered how that could be handled in Tessitura. We are also integrating WordFly with Tessitura. Does anyone send renewal packages via eamil/internet and can point me in the right direction to get started? Many thanks for any help!

We don't email the actual renewal packages, but we do email people a customized link that will allow them to log in to our website and see their invoice online. We went this route because we found it was overly complex to actually email a full invoice due to the varying nature of packages, etc.
We've also found through experimentation over the years that just sending people emails about their invoices is not sufficient - unless they've specifically asked for invoices to be emailed. We have so few of these we just deal with them on a person by person basis. Too many people just ignore emails or don't get to them in a timely manner and then we get angry people wondering why we never sent them a renewal invoice.
This is not to say it isn't doable - anything is doable with enough time/money/effort. We just have found that the ROI wasn't quite there yet - and that linking to an online invoice was a better use of our time and money.
