We would like to add a few quick questions to our unsubscribe process, some other email service providers allow you to do this, an example is listed below, that appears AFTER you hit the unsubscribe button
Unsubscribe Successful
You have been removed from XYZ
If you have a moment, please let us know why you unsubscribed:
(Then a list of tick box options are listed with a submit button.)
It appears we are unable to include the short survey as part of the mail2 unsubscribe process and I wondered if anyone else using Mail2 has found a work-around for this, or does anyone have experience with setting up this type of survey as part of their unsubscribe process?

Hi Amanda,
Would it be right to assume you have upgraded your Mail2 account to incorporate surveys? It is an add-on feature.

Yes do have the add on feature - however our ideal is to present the survey as part of the unsubscribe process,not send them an additional email - any ideas?

Amanada/Kevin I wondered if you could help me out - I've installed all the Survey Packages (created the tables, procedures etc) - it's switched on in Mail2 - but we can't see the new radio button in the Custom Tab? Does it have something to do with the Security Object?

I'll send you an email so you check off the steps, there are some scripts to run plus entry in TR_CUSTOM_TAB.
I didn't see Amanda's follow up, sorry. Why not create a survey and embed it on the confirmation page in an iframe? I planted one on ours to see how it could look, attached. You would need to play with the width/height and make sure it works on some dummy records, of course.
