We have just encountered an issue with making a list based on a constituent interest. We are getting a few constiuent files appearing on the list even though the interest we are looking at has been unchecked/de-selected - where it had previously been checked/selected?? Does anyone have a suggestion?? Please.
Hi Darrel
Unchecking a selected Interest doesn’t actually remove it from VXS_CUST_TKW which is where that List criteria element reads from.
It just changes the “selected” value from Yes to No.
If you add a secondary criteria using “Constituent Interest Selected” = “Yes” then you should get the results you are after.
