VIP Patrons

Hello,

I am trying to run an extraction or list that will allow me to sort patrons based on their total transaction history (or transaction history over a period of time).

We tend to treat the donors as VIPs but are now interested in searching for those constituents as well as constituents who maybe don't donate regularly but generate lots of ticket revenue, spend money at galas and special events, or at our camps.

My thought is that the easiest way to find and sort these constituents would be a criterion that has to do with total transaction history (since this is something that is saved and can be seen in a constituent record).  Does anyone know if there is a list criterion or report that could help us with this?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

  • My thought would be to create a stored procedure that pulls specific information you are looking for and creates a constituency on the record. To me that would be the easiest way to get this list of people. Since I have no idea how stored procedures are created, sadly I can’t assist with that. But hopefully this gives you a jumping off point for an idea.
