Constituency End Date

Hello All, 

I have a constituency with a start and end date that has passed. I want to pull a list of those records. 

My list criteria is as follows:

Constituency - IN - student

Constituency End Date - = - 5/16/13

This is not giving me any results. What step am I missing?

    Hi Marie,

    I'd expect to see some results if you used the criteria:

    Constituency - IN - Student
    Constituency End Date < or = the end date of the campaign

    The only reason i'd expect 0 results would be if the constituency end date has already passed and turned grey and inactive on their records when it hit the end date?  

    I just tested this on an account in our test system and that happened when I set a constituency end date to yesterday - they stopped showing up in list manager results.

    You could try updating them to make them active again in the 'manage constituency' report and when done just de-active them once more.
