Development Recon: Auto-emailing multiple GL Summary reports

Hey Tegan,

I’m not sure exactly what you mean.  We have the FAR and Pledges Receivable reports emailed to us at various times of the month and to different people with different funds selected.  We set up different schedules for each and have never had a problem.

Anyone found a workaround for getting Tess to auto-email the following reports multiple times with different GL Accounts and funds selected?  For our development recon process, we pull about 50 different reports divided between the types below using different criteria for each.   

General Ledger Summary

Pledge Receivable Reports

Fund Activity Report

It would be lovely if I could come to work on the 1st and have all my reports neatly sitting labeled in my inbox!

Hi Tegan,

You can schedule the same report multiple times, using a different set of parameters for each schedule.  This is one of the reasons you can set the description on a report schedule, so that you can distinguish different schedules for the same report.  If you need help with setting up report schedules, see this help topic: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System/Content/Reporting%20Overview/Scheduling%20Reports%20and%20Utilities.htm
