Hi there
I was doing some testing with our TNEW setup and contributions, and processed a donation on my own credit card to confirm that it was working correctly. Good news: it is! However, I made the error of refunding the amount using our credit card portal (DPS) instead of processing the refund within Tessitura.
As such, my constituent record has on account money which technically is not valid.
Is there any way to manually remove on account money from a constituent without processing it in a batch against a ticket/donation/product?

I’d suggest that you open a support ticket for this. But good to hear that all is working with TNEW and donations!
