I’ve seen posts over a year old on the same topic, so I thought I’d start a new one in case others have been successful in improving the data transfer process between the two systems (I hope so!)
Why: All our data from Tessitura is either manually entered directly into Sage MAS 500 or into Sage Data Porter (and then uploaded in Sage). We definitely want to minimize as much data entry as possible, and instead have resources focused on reviewing data before it is posted to the financial accounting system.
We’re currently in discovery and wanted to understand what the realm of the possible has been to date for others:
Any feedback, documentation or thoughts is welcome!
Cheers,
Sapna
I use Sage 100 Fund Accounting (MIP), and though I don’t import my Tessitura data (we do it manually on a monthly basis), I do import other things. If you can get your Tess data into Excel/csv format, you might be able to with your software too.

Thanks Leslie. That is definitely one of the options we are exploring. We're trying to see if we can get a Tessitura data to match the format used by the Data Porter (a Sage MAS 500 module that mass imports data).
Thanks,
