I am trying to ascertain the best approach or best rule for a transaction fee which will allow the most expensive fee to win out. For example we have Performances that have lets say a $7 fee yet we also have education workshops which have a discounted fee.
What we want to do is create a rule which will not add the two fees together if both items are chosen but have the $7 fee win if both are chosen.
If a workshop is chosen alone then the $4 fee will be placed against the transaction.
The performance would sit under separate seasons of,lets say, Education shows 2010 and the workshop would sit under Education Workshops 2010.
We were thinking a rule based on performance seat level with a price range of lowest $7 - $15 for the workshop ticket?
Anyone tried this? And how did it go?
