I am looking for some guidance on where or who I would need to speak to about changing what the customer sees on thier credit card statement. We would like to use our DBA (doing business as). I have dug through transcend so I am thinking this may be a merchant issue.

You are quite right, you would need to speak with your merchant service provider as these details are linked to your merchant number.
