Restricted Contributions Report - Is there Released Report

I use the Transactions by Posting report.  There is a Transaction Types parameter, which can be set to Restricted to Non-Restricted, that will narrow down what appears on the report.

The Fund Activity report can show you that as can the Transaction by Posting.  

Restricted Contributions Report - Is there Released Report?

I can see that the restricted contributions reports will show me the money that is currently restricted but is there a report that will show the money that was restricted and moved to unrestricted?

I need to show to my finance department on a monthly basis money that moves from restricted to unrestricted.
