Has anyone experienced the following with version 10 Gift Aid and how did they resolve it?
The Gift Aid status on a Direct Debit not copying over when the Direct Debit is rolled over, ie if the 2011 contribution was manually excluded the 2012 now reads to be claimed.
We have also found that if we then go in to a manually exclude a transaction where we know this has happened, the ones that where historically 'manually excluded' are now changing their status to 'to be claimed'.
