Try Ticket Sales by Period. That gives the option to report by performance on a range of transaction (i.e. sales) dates and filter for selected price categories embedded in the ticket price map. As long as the facility fee is defined as a price category separate from the ticket price, it should work well for you.
Another report to note here is Performance Transaction Detail, which is like Payments by Performance with the ability to filter out specific Price Categories. This is also based on transaction date, giving you true net sales/transaction activity for a period of time.
Just FYI, order date is not a reliable date value for financial reconciliation, as transactions can occur (returns, exchanges, additional sales) after the original order date. The general philosophy is that order date is for marketing and transaction date is for financial reconciliation.

Hello! We have a facility charge of $2.00 per ticket that is built into our ticket price. So it is set up as an additional price map instead of a fee. I am in urgent need of a report that will tell me how many tickets were purchased that contributed to this charge on a specific given date or range of dates. One problem I'm facing is that not every performance we ticket happens in our venue so not every ticket sold in one day will have this charge. I tried using the Transaction by Posting report (taking the total # of tickets sold, subtracting the events that shouldn't have the charge, then multiplying by $2.00) but it isn't jiving with the GL amounts that I have. The Box Office Statement would be great if I could run it for an order date range instead of by performance. Does anyone know of either a report already in Tessitura or a shared report I can download that will help me find these numbers? Thanks!
