We would like to offer Direct deposit option as one of the giving method ( taking money out directly on a monthly or annually base from donor's checking/saving account) and am wondering if anyone has successfully implemented such program?
Or if anyone has done some research in this area that could share some wisdom?

Hi Anne,
There is no Tessitura functionality to facilitate this in the US. The direct debit functionality that does exist is for the UK only. The closest you can get in the US is doing credit card billing using someone's debit card.
