Our Venue is closing for redevelopment for a couple of years so we are starting to look at winding down certain areas of Tess whilst we're closed. One of the is Gift Vouchers. Laws in australia is that gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date so we are looking at closing off gift voucher option.
What I want to know is - How do we go about this without affecting the current valid gift certificates? It looks like we are able to Inactivate the paymnt method which I believe will stop this appearing as availble to be used for new gift vouchers purchased but I suspect it will also mean that it will prevent consumers redeeming their gift vouchers as well.
Is there a way around this?
