I will be cross posting this in the Reporting and Analytics and Finance forums let me know if one or the other is a better option.
We have been running into an issue where the Due Date that is being displayed on the Pledge Balance Detail report is showing up incorrectly. I have been able to figure out that it due to an adjustment that occurred to the pledges on the Due Date that is being displayed so it gets stuck and doesn't show the true next due date.
Has anyone run into this issue and do you maybe have a fix for this? I've looking into trying to change the date of the adjustment in the Payment Schedule tab through an adjustment and through the contribution constituent page. However because those dates and passed I don't have access to changing anything.
Below is a screenshot of the Balance Detail Report for some of our constituents that does not show the most up to date due date.
