High numbers of disputes lately

Hello everyone,

We're with Windcave and we recently saw a sudden and dramatic increase in disputes of transactions. We normally have maybe a couple of a year, but we've seen over a dozen in the last week. We didn't have AVS configured, so we just activated it which will hopefully help.

New accounts are being created on TNEW at the same time as the purchase. The names on the accounts and the names given for the credit cards match, but they don't match the name given on the dispute notification. Multiple tickets are being purchased, but most of them have not been scanned in.

Has anyone else experienced this?
