We are switching from Windcave to Tessitura Merchant Services and are looking for an organization(s) that has made this transition to Tess Merchant Services. Our Finance team currently records batches and reports by department (Box Office, Development, Education and Web transactions) and this reconciles easily with different merchant accounts. Tessitura Merchant Services allows for only one merchant account so we are hoping to hear from another organization who keeps department reporting separate, but went to one store in TMS.
