We are in the process of setting up Direct Debit payment options for our members. How have others managed to produce the Direct Debit Confirmation Letter which contains the users Account number/Sort Code/Payment date/Reference number? Have you had work to customise the Direct Debit Export Report?

We have an acknowledgement rule which generates an acknowledgement for first time Direct Debit Payers, & we run the Print Acknowledgement Letters report to output constituents. We then mail merge into our DD confirmation letter. This was set up a long time ago & i suspect we customised the output from that report to output eg DD account number.
