This post is a redundant to one that I posted in the Ticketing and Customer Service Forum, as I think this topic straddles both audiences. I'm curious to hear from those that are using Paypal as a payment method. We've been struggling with our integration and the reliability of Paypal to successfully complete payments. I'd love to hear from anyone using Paypal on their website to hear if you''ve had similar struggles and learn more your experiences with it in comparison to other payment processors. Thanks so much!
We are having issues with paypal, applepay, googlepay. Orders or refunds sometimes processed 2 or 3 times in windcave (and the bank) but not hitting Tess. Have turned off these payment methods for the moment until we figure it out, reconciling orders has been a nightmare.
