Hi All, More of a financial/technical question around merchant fees based on percentage value. When constituents purchase a ticket with us, with a credit card, the merchant charges us a percentage fee based on the total of the transaction being paid by the credit card, which we then pass onto the presenter to pay. Let’s say its 1.67% of the total amount purchased by Credit Card The presenter now would like to pass those fees onto the constituent – but only for a particular Venue/facility. So in your cart (think via web and via client) you might have 2 tics to the show where the fees are passed onto the constituent, you might also have tickets where the fees are not being passed on but are in fact being absorbed by the presenter. We want to be able to find a way to say ‘those two tickets add %1.67 of total of those two tickets as merchant fee but do not add for all other items in the cart’ - (if there is anything in the cart) Yeah – its complicated……. : ) Is anyone doing anything like it though – even basing a fee on a % value and not a static dollar value? Love to hear you thoughts

Hi Ranie,
You can set your fees to specific price types and performances based on the rules you set up.
Let me know if I can help more.
