Hi everyone, we are a charitable fundraising trust and our legacy system was ACCESS TQ. I'm looking to report total contributions including Gift Aid status and I'm struggling to do this in either Analytics, Batch administrator or as a Listing. Do I really need a customised report? All help gratefully received , thank you!
HI PaulAssuming that you migrated the Gift Aid declarations from your legacy system into Tessitura, you can use the standard Gift Aid Payment Status report (in the Finance folder). This lists all contributions with the Gift Aid status. Gift Aid doesn't appear in any of the standard contribution reports.We've got list criteria for Gift Aid which were already in place when we migrated onto Tessitura. If you don't have these, I suggest you open a support ticket.Gift Aid should be appearing in analytics at some point in v16. Alison
HI Alison, thank you for this. That report is very useful and will give me GA by fund and GA Type. I was hoping to get some standard reporting that has totals that include GA rather than have to add manually outside of TESS. Thank you!
