We have a finance reconciliation issue with ticket purchases from Criterion ticketing/Stipe and results in Tessitura. If you have used or are using Stripe payment method and have success in reconciling data from Stripe reports and Tessitura reports, please let me know.

I don't know about Criterion, but I can speak to Stripe transactions via Donate2 (D2) and Tessitura. D2 metadata available in the Stripe Payout Reconciliation Report includes D2 Description, which is a concat of D2 form type, D2 form description, and the unique identifier in each Donate2 form url. For ticket purchases, the metadata in Stripe includes perf_nos, and if you have Tessitura ssms access or a report that has it, D2 also stores Stripe charge ID and Transaction ID in Tess orders as AuthorizationCode and PaymentReference. Criterion might do something similar. I'd start my search adding columns to the Stripe Payout Reconciliation report to see what could be useful.
